Terms of use
These baseline terms apply to PARTO’s public content and initial collaboration process.
01 — Purpose of the site
The website introduces PARTO’s approach, method and areas of work. Its content is not by itself a binding offer, legal advice or a commitment to a particular result.
02 — Collaboration requests
Submitting a form starts a review only. Scope, responsibilities, timing, fees, confidentiality and success measures become binding only through a separate written proposal or agreement.
03 — Claims and outcomes
PARTO does not guarantee growth, sales, virality or any specific outcome without an agreed baseline, evidence, delivery capacity and written terms.
04 — Intellectual property
PARTO’s name, mark, method, writing, design and original content belong to their respective owners or licensors. Commercial extraction, systematic imitation or republication requires written permission.
05 — Updates
These terms may develop with the services. The version identified in an agreement or shown when a service is used governs that engagement.
