    Why was PARTO created?

    PARTO did not begin with a desire to produce more. It began with dissatisfaction with fast answers to the wrong problems. Brands often move into content, advertising, design or campaigns before understanding what is actually blocking growth. PARTO was built to reverse that order: truth before clarity; discovery before design.

    PARTO was not built to make more answers. It was built to find the right question.

    Bahram Norouzi

    CO-FOUNDER / STRATEGY & NARRATIVE

    A director and strategist who reads a problem at the intersection of people, structure, narrative, sales and decision-making. His path from theatre direction and acting to sales and campaign design has kept returning to one question: what is the real problem behind what we can see? At PARTO, he focuses on discovering the problem, building the method and turning it into a decision that can enter execution.

    Darya Rezaei

    CO-FOUNDER

    One of the studio’s two founding minds, reading the problem through image, experience, content and detail: how is a decision understood and felt, and where does meaning become stronger or break down in execution? This perspective is not decoration after the decision; it is part of the decision itself.

    Why two authors?

    PARTO is not built on a division between thinking and beautifying. Both founders think; the difference is what each sees first. One sees structure and decision sooner, the other sees the experience and meaning of that decision. This difference in viewpoint is a quality mechanism at PARTO—not merely a personal story.
